Sophia is no longer channelling the Ascended Masters for people directly. She believes that is it more beneficial for people to have their own interactions with their Higher Self and the Masters.

Her book “Guide to Consciousness and the Unseen Universe” (published in 2023) describes in detail how people can communicate with their Higher Self and the Masters/gods in the higher dimensions. This book is available from all good online bookstores in paperback and as an e-book.
